The Committee on Development is responsible for promoting, implementing and monitoring the development and cooperation policy of the EU. During this briefing, UNOPS Executive Director Jorge Moreira da Silva will discuss EU-UNOPS cooperation, in particular on implementing EU Global Gateway projects.

UNOPS will host, participate in and contribute to interactive dialogues and side events focusing on climate finance, practical and innovative solutions, and digital technologies. UNOPS Executive Director Jorge Moreira da Silva will participate in the conference, including an interactive dialogue focusing on accelerating SIDS access to climate finance on 29 May.
