The armed conflict in Tigray in northern Ethiopia not only disrupted lives but also shattered access to vital services – from healthcare and education to food and clean water.

With funding from the government of Japan, UNOPS constructed a new wastewater treatment plant at the Jericho Agro-Industrial Park in the State of Palestine.

Together with the government of Germany and local partners, UNOPS is working to restore vital public services as Lebanon's capital continues to recover following the Port of Beirut explosion.

In partnership with the Ghana Health Service and with funding from the Global Fund, UNOPS will procure essential medical equipment and supplies to help bolster healthcare delivery in rural Ghana and support tuberculosis testing and management.
