The Annual Statistical Report on UN Procurement provides data and analysis on the goods and services procured by the United Nations system in support of its operations around the world.
For the third year, the Annual Statistical Report on UN Procurement also features a thematic supplement on current issues in procurement. The focus for the 2010 supplement is the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The publication includes articles by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, and Special Advisor on MDGs to the UN Secretary-General Jeffrey Sachs. The volume also brings together a number of case studies highlighting initiatives where procurement plays a central role in meeting the development goals.
