UNOPS participating in health infrastructure conference in Brazil
The conference provides professionals, researchers and students with the opportunity to exchange information and experiences on themes like health promotion and hospital building.
Rafael Esposel, a project manager at UNOPS Office in Brazil, will discuss the development of architectural and engineering designs for hospitals and maternity clinics in the most disadvantaged regions of Brazil, in particular the Amazon region. The project involves capacity building, contracting and monitoring of designs, and technical assistance.
The conference will take place in Salvador, Brazil from 28 to 30 September 2016.
